Pipework Inc has recently completed a fast track installation of an ammonia chilling plant in Cornwall. 

Pipework Inc was asked to intervene after the original contractor was unable to meet the project specifications for such an installation. This resulted in the cutting out and re welding of some 70, 12”,10”,8” positional butt welds. These alteration were completed by our coded welders. PED regulations were implicated and followed rigorously.

The practical completion date did not move to allow for this period of alterations and so we fast tracked the plant room and remaining roof Pipework in order for the client to remain on schedule.

Pipework Inc has spent the last 12 months in Wiltshire completing phase 2 &3 upgrade of a food processing factory. We have supplied new steam, condensate, Chilled water, compressed air, process water and gases as the building has been upgraded.

Ascot Racecourse, Berkshire, UK

Pipework inc has successfully designed and installed a bespoke stainless steel rain water containment system for the recently completed Ascot racecourse grandstand in Berkshire.

The installation was carried out on all balconies throughout the grandstand, down into the service tunnel, and into the existing storm drains.

Pipework inc successfully tendered for, and was awarded the mechanical fit-out contract for a female only washroom on level 5 for the Royal Ascot week and three private boxes. This required toilets to be installed with all mechanical services in an already finished grandstand.

There were many challenges due the strict time constraints and a prestigious customer requiring exacting standards We completed both projects on time.  

Due to our expanding orders for prefabricated pipework and the need for larger premises we have recently acquired a new unit near Bath. With this facility we can fulfil our larger orders for the coming months.
